Remote Business Intelligence Lead

Summary

Join a fast-growing company as BI Lead and lead a small analytics team, building out data capabilities to serve multiple internal teams. You'll drive business understanding through data analysis and optimization.

Requirements

• Have excellent analytical skills and can communicate complex topics in a very understandable way
• Have working experience with Python, SQL, Spark and DBT
• Easily switch between fast heuristic or highly precise approaches depending on business requirements
• Have experience and interest in leading people and enjoy coaching and developing a team
• Have strong experience in one of the following industries: mobile apps, mobile games or ad-tech

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and product teams in finding the best profit margin strategy for each of our apps & games
• Lead a team of analysts and developers
• Own the roadmap for our data warehouse and models and continuously drive new ways to optimize and automate them
• Own the BI tech architecture and keep performance and computing costs in check
