Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, CS and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights
  • Optimize pricing strategies and discounting practices to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Streamline and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity through technology adoption and system integration
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, sales pipeline, and customer acquisition
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive data analysis
  • Liaise with Business Operations, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of revenue operations with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with Finance to optimize pricing models, revenue recognition processes, and financial reporting accuracy
  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and customer segmentation strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Specialists, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective performance
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, regularly review performance, and provide constructive feedback for professional development
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Revenue Operations team
