Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution from planning through to delivery and evaluation
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, ensuring all key deliverables are met while providing transparent updates on challenges, risks, and project status
• Evaluate project progress continuously, integrating client feedback to inform and drive process improvements and enhancements
• Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance
• Drive research and analysis programs
• Monitor client health, and identify patterns of behavior that would indicate churn
• Regularly monitor adoption of new processes to ensure continuous expansion and improvement of operational procedures
