Requirements

  • Have 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, program management role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competitive awards
  • Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
  • Have a strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate, synthesize data and design reports, including an intermediate or advanced level of Looker or other SQL based tools
  • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

  • Execute on Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets
  • Lead and execute End-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
  • Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale
  • Work with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements
  • Create data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
  • Problem solving and solution implementation
  • Support strategic goal setting and performance management
  • Create and maintain existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growth
  • Are passionate about the future of work
  • Have advanced working knowledge of SQL
  • Love working with data
  • Have worked in multiple countries, cultures, and places
