Responsibilities

  • Utilize a range of platforms (CareLink, AthenaNet, Zoom Contact Center, Excel, Google Suite, Mode (SQL)) to track, report, and analyze data related to call campaigns, clinical programs, and more
  • Design, create, and maintain ad hoc reports and analyses as needed by the leadership team
  • Monitor reports and dashboards to identify trends and uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Generate and iterate on domain metrics and dashboards, ensuring alignment with best practices from other operational domains
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various clinical teams within Clover Health
  • Handle reporting and invoicing for all overtime and non-salaried employees’ visits
  • Serve as the primary backup for the Workforce Manager and Clinical Field Logistics Associate
  • The short-term impact of this role is the creation of robust clinical reports to inform leadership. The long-term impact is to enhance decision-making processes and drive continuous improvements in clinical operations

Job description

The Clover Home Care team is dedicated to improving lives by providing compassionate, reliable, and equitable care to seniors in their homes. Our team-based care model is tailored to the personalized needs, values, and preferences of our members, their families, and caregivers. Our interdisciplinary Supportive Care team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, medical assistants, behavioral health specialists, and others who collaborate and coordinate to deliver exceptional home-based care.

We are seeking a Clinical Business Operations Analyst to manage clinical reporting. This includes creating dashboards, maintaining ad hoc reports, and updating metric trackers to inform senior leadership about performance. This position is crucial in providing the clinical team with essential data for informed decision-making.

We are currently considering candidates located in the Central and Eastern time zones of the United States for this position.

As a Clinical Business Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Utilize a range of platforms (CareLink, AthenaNet, Zoom Contact Center, Excel, Google Suite, Mode (SQL)) to track, report, and analyze data related to call campaigns, clinical programs, and more.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Within the first 90 days, you have mastered Clover’s platforms and programs, understand the different clinical departments, absorb information effectively, update spreadsheets, and track data accurately.
  • By 6 months, success is determined by your continued proficiency in utilizing Clover’s systems, your ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and your skill in generating insightful reports and analyses.
  • Future success in this role will be measured by your capability to handle ad hoc requests efficiently, maintain and improve reporting processes, and contribute to ongoing operational enhancements.

For candidates residing in other geographic areas, the range will be adjusted based on location. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Colorado/Washington Pay Range

$50,400 - $59,400 USD

California/New Jersey/New York Pay Range

$50,400 - $77,000 USD

This is a non-exempt position, meaning you are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state wage and hour laws.
