What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help manage our email outreach campaigns and other administrative tasks on the Clinical Excellence team. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operators reporting directly into the Senior BizOps Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the Clinical Inbox, maintaining SLAs and monitoring for trends
• Setting up and executing on manual and automated outreach campaigns in Hubspot to enable the Clinical team to operate at scale with expediency
• Support Clinical and Clinical Ops team members in various projects, including setting up automatic and manual outreach pathways, configuring surveys, and other administrative needs

The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $76,000 USD

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

• You’ve managed email outreach campaigns, manually and automatically
• You’re comfortable interacting with mental health clinicians and within the mental health space.
• You are successful at working independently and remotely, and adapt well to changing priorities and team needs
• You’re detail-oriented and meticulous about the small things
• You love problem solving; you’re naturally curious, especially about health tech
• You are able to identify issues and concerns as they arise and proactively recommending a plan for resolution
• Bonus points if you have experience working within HubSpot
