Requirements

• 1-year of business development experience in the healthcare space
• Ability to prospect, build and maintain professional relationships
• Familiarity with the dynamics of healthcare space and prospecting referrals from hospitals, medical doctors, psychiatrists, interventionists, EAPs, addiction/mental health treatment centers, and therapists in a clinical sales process
• Access to a car along with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Resides within one of our key markets - NY, NJ, PA, MA or CT

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, cold call (on the phone and face-to-face) to help generate referrals to Resilience Lab for psychotherapy and psychiatry
• Provide excellent follow-up with prospects and existing relationships
• Liaise between the referring community and Resilience Lab
• Observe and identify local market opportunities and challenges
• Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for psychotherapy and psychiatry leads to our therapy practice
• Organize and attend local community events such as wellness fairs, networking events and local conferences to represent Resilience Lab within your market
• Document outreach activities within CRM
• Work cross functionally with multiple departments such as the Clinical team, Marketing and Clinical Operations
