Summary

Join our team as a Clinical Quality Associate (CQA) to be a key member of our Clinical Quality team. This role partners closely with internal teams, offering subject matter expertise both internally and externally to providers and patients regarding clinical care and quality concerns.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited University/college in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, or another closely related field
  • Active and unencumbered clinical behavioral health license (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPCC, LP) in any state
  • 3+ years of experience working with adults as a mental health clinician post-Masters
  • Advanced communication skills (written and oral)
  • Advanced competency using Google products (G-sheets, Drive, Google Docs, etc.) with the ability to learn new technology and systems efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with internal teams, offering subject matter expertise both internally and externally to providers and patients regarding clinical care and quality concerns
  • Resolves questions, concerns, and complaints/grievances related to receiving and delivering care at Rula
  • Offers a broad knowledge base of clinical documentation, CPT codes in outpatient settings, licensing regulations, and the code of ethics for all behavioral health professions
