Requirements

  • Experience with maintaining a CMMS system required
  • D365/Dynaway or SAP preferred
  • CMMS Certification Preferred but not required
  • Proven success in office administration
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Excellent Computer Skills to include proficiency in Excel/Word Documents. PowerBI experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Maintain D365/Dynaway CMMS system for functionality and accuracy
  • Facilitate spare parts database in CMMS and work with plants to set up new parts
  • Train key stake holders at plants to ensure compliance to system operation
  • Work with corporate IT to test and validate upgrades and changes
  • Manage user rights and changes
