Join the Enviva team as a CMMS System Owner to manage and maintain facility management processes, provide reports and analysis for effective decision-making, and work with corporate IT to test and validate upgrades.
Requirements
- Experience with maintaining a CMMS system required
- D365/Dynaway or SAP preferred
- CMMS Certification Preferred but not required
- Proven success in office administration
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Excellent Computer Skills to include proficiency in Excel/Word Documents. PowerBI experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and Maintain D365/Dynaway CMMS system for functionality and accuracy
- Facilitate spare parts database in CMMS and work with plants to set up new parts
- Train key stake holders at plants to ensure compliance to system operation
- Work with corporate IT to test and validate upgrades and changes
- Manage user rights and changes
