Responsibilities

• Review documents and ensure requirements are met for all onboarded educators
• Assist with background checks
• Conduct regular audits and assessments with direction from the Compliance Manager
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Support the preparation of compliance reports and documentation
• Assist in investigating compliance-related issues and documenting findings
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance within the organization
• Provide administrative support to the compliance team as needed

HR work experience, particularly with completing background checks, a strong asset
