Requirements

• 5+ years experience in construction related field
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Have active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment
• Pass the pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: pre - employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Administer the construction contract
• Coordinate the construction project
• Provide document control including all required logs
• Conduct progress meetings
• Process progress pay applications
• Interact with the client and project team to manage the construction project
