Contact Center Agent

Summary

Join Volkswagen Group Services as a fully remote Contact Center Agent (Roadside Assistance - German Speaker)! You will provide roadside assistance, resolve customer complaints, process phone inquiries, and identify customer needs. This role requires German fluency (native or C1 level), 1-3 years of customer care experience, English fluency, and a high school diploma. Requirements

• Be a German native speaker or, at least, have a C1 Level
• Have at least 1-3 years’ experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar CSR role
• Be fluent in English
• Have a minimum High school diploma

Responsibilities

• Provide roadside assistance in a safe, professional and timely manner
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Process inquiries received via phone
• Identify customer needs and help customers using specific features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions
• Assist in training new employees when requested by management
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with automotive industry
• Have experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Have understanding of how CRM systems work
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
