Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a content marketer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for selling ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required
• Strong understanding of ecommerce digital marketing channels
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional setting
• Familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem, Email Service Providers (ESPs), B2B communication, product education

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the content marketing funnel from ideation to execution
• Develop written content in English for the Product Communications team
• Coordinate and execute customer marketing campaigns via email and in-app channels
• Stay informed on ecommerce trends and suggest new content or improvements to enhance customer communication strategies
• Collaborate with Video, Design & Content teams to ensure unified communication
• Actively take part in creative brainstorming sessions
• Contribute to company growth initiatives and collaborate on other projects as needed
