We are hiring Content marketing manager to join Product Communications team. Omnisend’s Product Communications team keeps merchants up to date on product updates, simplifies complex technical information, and develops educational content to drive product adoption and customer retention. Our strategic messaging aligns with the company’s mission to empower eCommerce businesses.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

• Plan and manage the content marketing funnel from ideation to execution;
• Develop written content in English for the Product Communications team;
• Coordinate and execute customer marketing campaigns via email and in-app channels;
• Stay informed on ecommerce trends and suggest new content or improvements to enhance customer communication strategies;
• Collaborate with Video, Design & Content teams to ensure unified communication;
• Actively take part in creative brainstorming sessions;
• Contribute to company growth initiatives and collaborate on other projects as needed.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a content marketer;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for selling ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required;
• Strong understanding of ecommerce digital marketing channels;
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional setting;
• Familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem, Email Service Providers (ESPs), B2B communication, product education.
