Summary

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Statistics or Business Studies and / or other relevant science disciplines
• Have 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Have strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Have good knowledge of MS Word
• Have excellent command of English, both written and oral

Responsibilities

• Update, maintenance, and validation of data managed through corporate information systems, for the generation of strategic or business intelligence reports
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of the data so that it meets the standards of quality expected for invoicing and reporting
• Handle incoming and outcoming invoicing procedures
• Prepare agreements with partners in collaboration with the Legal Department
• Prepare internal reports to the management of the company or other departments
• Handle communication with customers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Update the financial planning of the department’s activities
• Prepare reports to customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the use of CRM systems
• Have experience in handling of contracts
• Have knowledge of French
