Job Description

• management and maintenance of, as well as continuous follow up on frame contracts and relating risk checklists
• Support in proposal and contract drafting, negotiations, preparing  guiding documents, conducting relating contract risk assessment (risk checklist) with other expert areas
• Advisor for other units and suppliers on frame contract related issues
• Maintenance of customer contract information in internal databases (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)

Qualifications

• C1 level English & German language skills
• Legal background, - either final years of legal studies and/or experience in the field
• Knowledge and use of legal context
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizing skills
• GROW mindset, can-do attitude, ability to see things in a holistic view
• Ability to work independently and in a team as well
• Affinity for finance aspects related to the proposal
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365
