Join Mashura LLC as we seek an experienced Controller to play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
• CPA designation (required)
• 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 860)
• Proficiency in NetSuite; experience with Avalara and MineralTree is a plus
• Advanced financial analysis skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Software and Hardware Revenue Recognition

Responsibilities

• Maximize return and limit risk by minimizing bank balances and making strategic investments
• Prepare special financial reports by analyzing information and identifying trends
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment by managing preventive maintenance, service contracts, and equipment inventories
• Lead and mentor the financial staff, providing coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through workshops, professional publications, and networking
