Remote CRO Consultant

Summary

Join Outliant as a remote CRO Consultant and work closely with designers and developers to implement and analyze A/B tests, ensuring seamless integration with Optimizely. This is a temporary position requiring availability for about 10 hours a week.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within marketing or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (Optimizely a plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate CRO results to clients
• Understanding of marketing principles and conversion optimization concepts
• A knack for data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Partner with CRO designers and developers to define and implement A/B testing strategies on the website, managing the project timeline and deliverables
• Ensure full A/B testing integration within Optimizely, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the process
• Oversee the technical aspects of CRO projects, including test setup, configuration, and deployment, identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Monitor A/B testing performance and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
• Generate comprehensive reports and translate data into actionable insights for clients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CRO initiatives and measure success
