Requirements

  • 1-2 years of logistics or transportation industry experience
  • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Experience with customer service in a logistics setting
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards
  • Experience with billing and documentation processes

Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm tender acceptances for incoming shipments
  • Coordinate and optimize load building for efficient delivery
  • Provide accurate shipping quotes to customers
  • Respond to customer ETA requests during shift hours
  • Maintain and update customer portals with current shipment information
  • Prepare billing documentation and close out completed loads
  • Manage scheduling for deliveries and pickups
  • Generate and distribute customer-required reports
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams
