  • Answer incoming calls from current or potential customers
  • Utilize the script that has been pre-approved to engage current or potential customers calling the telephone line
  • Determine whether or not the situation warrants escalating to the appropriate specialist or determining that it does not require immediate assistance. At that point, the call will be routed to the IT department to be handled in a timely manner during regular business hours

Job description

Instant Teams is hiring a Remote On-Call Customer Success Agent to join one of our growing teams! In this position, you will work calmly in escalated situations to route calls to the appropriate personnel.

Day in the Life:

  • Route calls should be made appropriately, including offering support to various locations.
  • Document and communicate incoming calls (including relevant details) in the form or format requested and a delivery method identified (e.g., Slack, email, etc.).
  • Answer incoming calls from current or potential customers
  • Utilize the script that has been pre-approved to engage current or potential customers calling the telephone line.
  • Determine whether or not the situation warrants escalating to the appropriate specialist or determining that it does not require immediate assistance. At that point, the call will be routed to the IT department to be handled in a timely manner during regular business hours.

Due to specific position requirements, we cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: Flagstaff, AZ - California - Denver, CO - District of Columbia - Iowa - Illinois - Massachusetts - Montana - New Hampshire - New York - Rhode Island - Seattle, Washington - EU countries.
