Summary

Join Trackman, a growing leader in sports tracking solutions, as a Customer Success Manager for Golf Driving Range & Commercial Indoor customers in the German-speaking region. You will work closely with various teams and customers to ensure successful product use and leverage. Key responsibilities include assisting with successful product launches, training on-site staff, building a community of operators, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires fluency in German and English, relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer support, and a willingness to travel extensively. Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Relevant sales, marketing or customer facing support experience, in an international organization, ideally in Golf or Sports related business
  • Experience working in a customer facing role, preferably on-site
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide well thought out solutions
  • Hands-on, proactive, and responsible person
  • Operational with a strategic mindset
  • A team player who shares feedback and helps when required
  • Trustworthy, approachable and quick thinking with a problem solver attitude
  • Home/office in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
  • Driver's License and access to own vehicle (expenses paid)
  • Willingness to work "Out of hours" on weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Prepared for domestic travel, 60%-75% of time on-site at customers
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Assist our commercial customers in planning and execution of a successful launch & operations
  • Ensure that all on-site staff are fully educated in the use of the software, and administrative tools
  • Build our community of operators through regular events and workshops
  • Support customers in hosting successful launch events as well as ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue and overall engagement
  • Train customers after the venue has been installed on all aspects of the Trackman product
  • Maintain relationships with venue owners and staff, regularly schedule meetings to share the latest information and updates
  • Help customers with marketing material and initiatives both at the time of launch and on an on-going basis
  • Arrange regional events, where facility owners can meet and network to share best practices and develop the community of operators
  • Collate success stories and feedback from venues to support future sales
  • Lead the referral program for operators to recommend future venues
