Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills are a must!
• Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome is required
• Ability to Demonstrate Product Knowledge once Nesting Period is Complete
• Own a computer at home (CANNOT be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
• Webcam is required
• Internet access is required
• Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Qualify callers for programs, products or services through outbound and inbound calls
• Include Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting in qualifying callers
