Summary

Join our Customer Success team at DeepScribe as a primary point of contact for customers, providing world-class customer service and support through various channels. You'll be responsible for answering questions, diagnosing problems, and responding to queries about the product. As a strong communicator, you'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify patterns of customer concerns and needs.

Requirements

  • Passionate about supporting customers and providing a memorable experience
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbally
  • Familiar with identifying bugs, and working with various stakeholders to find workaround and resolve issues successfully

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Support customers through workflow concerns, app functionality, troubleshooting, bug identification, EHR integration, and more
  • Partner and work cross-functionally (e.g. CS, billing, Product, Engineering, Sales)
