As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and managing insights, experimentations, forecasting, and reporting for various business partners at Borrowell.

Requirements

  • 1+ yrs working experience with SQL to solve business problems
  • Experience with using data to tell a story that is comprehensive for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar (we use Looker)
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Strong statistical knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain KPIs and supporting metrics to be used across the project to track performance
  • Analyze data from different sources
  • Collaborate across functions to identify data analytics problems and execute solutions with data-driven insights
  • Translate product requirements into clear and actionable data tasks
  • Generate visualizations and use data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals
  • Perform A/B tests to ensure experiment results are reliable, valid and accurate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate (or higher) degree in a quantitative field
  • Knowledge of Python, R, dbt, or Airflow
  • Exposure to product-based tech startups
