Remote Devops Engineer

Summary

Join Plivo's platform engineering team as a DevOps engineer to deliver the DevOps roadmap on reliability, performance, and scalability of Plivo's infrastructure. You will design, build, and maintain current and next-generation tools & technologies, and be part of a high-performing team while mentoring and growing the team.

Requirements

• Overall experience should be 3-6 yrs
• Devops experience (min 3 yrs) with knowledge on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Good programming skills in either python or golang
• Working knowledge in Kubernetes internals and Flux CD
• Linux administration, networking & cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or Google cloud
• Ability to script/code in any of the languages to solve day to day operational challenges
• Working experience on Terraform will be good to have

• Deliver DevOps roadmap on reliability, performance, and scalability of Plivo's infrastructure
• Design, build, and maintain current and next-generation tools & technologies
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the processes through out-of-the-box thinking
• Be part of a high-performing team of DevOps engineers while mentoring and growing the team to set a high bar of excellence
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to establish best practices for Infrastructure governance and security
