Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing technology, data analysis, or related field (internship experience welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM and lead routing platforms, preferably with the following tools: Marketo (required), Salesforce (or other similar CRM required), Ringlead (or other similar lead management solution required)
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing data to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing dashboards and provide reports to monitor campaign performance
- Support database maintenance, including data hygiene, segmentation, and manipulations
- Assist in the creation, testing, deployment, and optimization of email marketing campaigns
- Track email marketing metrics and provide performance analysis
- Act as primary owner of Marketo platform and building, optimizing integrations and workflows with the marketing tech stack
- Assist in evaluating and refining marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Recommend enhancements to streamline workflows across marketing teams
- Plan and oversee production processes for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and voice across channels
- Assist in managing marketing technology platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools, to enhance data integration and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to facilitate smooth communication, foster collaboration, and support the success of marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in marketing technology or related marketing technology tools
- Recent certifications in marketing operations tools, especially Marketo and Salesforce are highly desirable for this role
