Responsibilities

  • Direct the Audit and Compliance Teams: Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll files and processes to verify accuracy and compliance with all governmental wage tax laws (federal, state and local) and social security requirements
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the tax/ payroll/legal/finance and Product teams to implement audit recommendations and improve payroll accuracy
  • Extensive and proven Project Management, Change Management and Leadership Skills
  • Proven record of planning, managing and delivering improvements, whilst leading and coaching the Audit and Compliance Teams
  • Monitoring the day-to-day execution of business goals to ensure timely progress and delivery
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and drive results in a team-oriented environment
  • A team player. It's a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with teams and across the organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that ensures the individual can engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders (including Senior Leadership)
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to build synergies between dotted line teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
