Summary
Join our team as the Director of Alliances and drive revenue growth through vendor partners by developing strategies, onboarding new partners, and managing existing relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through alliances
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our vendor partners
- Identify and onboard new partners, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner performance
- Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner programs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our vendor partner program
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience in the Professional and Managed Services industry
