• 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management roles, including: 7+ years in people and team leadership positions

• Set standards and strategic direction for the project management practice
• Executive account management and client relationship development
• Portfolio oversight and hands-on management of critical projects
• Team development, coaching, and performance management
• Budget management and financial performance of the project management department
