Requirements

  • A proven track record of building and managing high-performing cybersecurity channel sales leadership teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and incentives
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a comprehensive market understanding and the ability to develop and execute effective plans
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity channel experience driving ARR/MRR
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to maximize revenue
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while expanding existing partnerships
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the channel sales team, set clear expectations, and drive performance
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through the channel sales network
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach
  • Work effectively across departments to identify and execute new growth opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights on channel sales performance, revenue growth, and key initiatives
