Requirements
- A proven track record of building and managing high-performing cybersecurity channel sales leadership teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and incentives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a comprehensive market understanding and the ability to develop and execute effective plans
- 10+ years of cybersecurity channel experience driving ARR/MRR
- 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to maximize revenue
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while expanding existing partnerships
- Provide inspirational leadership to the channel sales team, set clear expectations, and drive performance
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through the channel sales network
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach
- Work effectively across departments to identify and execute new growth opportunities
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights on channel sales performance, revenue growth, and key initiatives
