Summary

Join EvenUp's Special Operations Team to drive operational improvement and excellence across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will scope and manage projects, develop and maintain operational metrics, build and manage high-performing teams, and work cross-functionally with various departments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in an operational leadership position, preferably within in a fast-growing, highly collaborative environment or in the legal or technology sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing plans that improve operational metrics and drive business growth
  • Proven experience in leading teams to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency
  • Demonstrated work experience managing operational, production-based workflows and teams, including BPO management, vendor management, and offshoring
  • Significant experience building, optimizing, and implementing related processes, protocols, resources, and performance management frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Effective alignment of cross-functional teams to achieve shared performance goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable performance strategies. Proficiency in working with/manipulating large data sets via Excel, G-sheets, Airtable, etc. (SQL a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Scope and manage projects from start to finish, driving improvements across our Business Operations, Product, Special Projects, and Legal Operations teams, among others
  • Achieve operational goals for efficiency, quality, and cost. Be the subject matter expert on team workflows, processes, and procedures to drive operational improvement in service of company objectives
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain operational excellence metrics, reporting and dashboarding
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in execution
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Legal Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities
  • Create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, feedback loops, training resources, detailed knowledge bases, and similar materials to create sustainable, scalable production routines
