  • Exceptional communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Educational Services Sales professionals
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with professional Services and Education Consultants and customers to identify and sell custom training engagements
  • Oversee the creation and management of global training plans
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team in developing and closing opportunities
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain booking targets
  • Support and manage education sales team
  • Ensure alignment with Snowflake’s confidentiality and data security standards
  • Participate in contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles
