Requirements
- BA/BS degree and/or 7+ years of experience in Education Sales within the technology sector
- Proven track record in managing and leading sales teams to success
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tracking tools
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, database systems, and virtualization
- Exceptional communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Educational Services Sales professionals
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with professional Services and Education Consultants and customers to identify and sell custom training engagements
- Oversee the creation and management of global training plans
- Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team in developing and closing opportunities
- Track sales pipeline and maintain booking targets
- Support and manage education sales team
- Ensure alignment with Snowflakeβs confidentiality and data security standards
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles
