Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing
- Technical Skills: Understanding of CRM software and HTML/CSS for email design
- Communication: Fluent English, with strong verbal and written skills
Responsibilities
- Support and execute lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and optimization for higher engagement and conversions
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze or similar platforms (preferred), with an understanding of HTML and CSS for email design
- Assist in creating email content, such as newsletters, announcements, and product updates (you will be trained on writing and designing content)
- Help manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective communication with customers
- Assist in A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies for improving engagement and conversions
- Learn and assist with growth marketing techniques, including email deliverability, privacy laws, and attribution
- Help with various marketing-related tasks such as reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and managing software tools
