Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct selling experience as a high performer, specifically selling into healthcare providers or healthcare SaaS
  • Ideally 1-3 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in selling directly to the C-Suite at multi-million dollar accounts
  • Experience working multiple simultaneous six-figure deals with sub 90-day sales cycles
  • Consultative sales approach driving behavior change in the sales cycle
  • Experience interfacing cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Experience working in a hyper growth, early-stage company
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Manage all parts of the sales motion from lead generation through deal closures
  • Develop new leads and potential customers
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience
  • Build trusted relationships with key executives and decision-makers
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust account strategies to meet goals
