Requirements
- 5+ years of direct selling experience as a high performer, specifically selling into healthcare providers or healthcare SaaS
- Ideally 1-3 years of sales management experience
- Experience in selling directly to the C-Suite at multi-million dollar accounts
- Experience working multiple simultaneous six-figure deals with sub 90-day sales cycles
- Consultative sales approach driving behavior change in the sales cycle
- Experience interfacing cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience working in a hyper growth, early-stage company
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage all parts of the sales motion from lead generation through deal closures
- Develop new leads and potential customers
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience
- Build trusted relationships with key executives and decision-makers
- Regularly evaluate and adjust account strategies to meet goals
