Remote Evaluation Specialist

Summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking an experienced Evaluation Specialist to provide program evaluation for a federal client supporting Veteran healthcare. This position is contingent upon award in September/October 2024 and offers competitive benefits and a supportive work/life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, including client supporting roles (preferably Federal Clients)
• The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Proven work experience in content analysis, quantitative tracking, and qualitative assessment
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and written reports to specific audiences
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Design and implement evaluation systems, measuring program impact and activities
• Conduct content analysis, quantitative tracking, and qualitative assessment
• Use tools such as surveys, focus groups, structured interviews, secondary research, and oversee performance report generation and communication and integration of findings into current strategies and final reports
• Meet with leadership to regularly discuss progress, propose initiatives, and establish priorities
• Develop and coordinate strategic integration of evaluation processes into program activities
• Oversee performance report design, generation, communication, and integration of findings into current strategies
• Review current program metrics, risks, and ongoing services and make gap analysis recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting is a plus
• Work experience with the Dept of Veterans Affairs or VHA
