Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding tracking, offboarding, leave management, and hiring
• Conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and effective evaluation
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms with clear and compelling job descriptions
• Generate and distribute HR-related forms and letters, such as offer letters, employment contracts, performance appraisal forms, disciplinary letters, and resignation acceptance letters
• Prepare and manage documents related to benefits enrollment, policy updates, and regulatory compliance
• Schedule interviews and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
