Summary

You will be responsible for filling senior level positions, supporting other areas as needed, and driving changes in how the global language industry operates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hiring experience in a fast-growing multinational IT business
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for executive level roles
  • Fluent in English: both written and spoken
  • Expertise in “Understanding the Candidate” including: discovering relevant experience and goals and uncovering the candidates’ motivation
  • Expertise in sourcing strategy and tools: Strong understanding of “where to source” and use of tools such as X-Ray search, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards
  • Expertise in cold outreach: great writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in “Stakeholder Management”: Ensuring a strong collaboration and consideration for the hiring team and cross-functional departments
  • Proficient in “data management:” Proactively record and use data within systems to track progress and make improvements to your approach and process
  • Readiness to adjust your schedule to the US timezone

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed the Plan by filling 10+ vacancies on a quarterly basis
  • Attract and hire top talent from their respective fields for Development, Product and other departments as required
  • Maintain and promote a positive employer brand through thoughtful relationship building and excellent communication via various channels
  • Maintain and promote an exceptional candidate experience through effective use of industry tools and best-in-class processes; Contribute to the improvement of processes when appropriate
