Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience building and leading field marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and customer journey
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy that encompasses various marketing tools, managing program execution, logistics, metrics, and budget effectively
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and partner managers to devise growth strategies that enhance engagement within high-value accounts
  • Develop a targeted field marketing plan focusing on 1:1, 1 and industry-specific programs—both virtual and in-person—to generate new business and expand existing account opportunities
  • Collaborate with core marketing teams to identify target audiences, develop personas, craft messaging, and determine content needs and channels that drive engagement in financial services and insurance sectors
  • Create and execute integrated marketing programs that leverage partnerships and utilize multi-channel promotion strategies—including digital, webinars, email nurtures, targeted field events, and third-party collaborations—to drive pipeline growth and account engagement
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to enhance the use of marketing tools and technologies such as 6sense, Sendoso, and Salesforce for maximum efficiency
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends in SaaS field marketing to ensure Restaurant365 remains a leader in industry best practices
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing field marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Monitor key performance metrics to assess business impact, focusing on account pipeline growth, incremental consumption, product engagement, database accuracy, and overall account engagement
