Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least, 5 years of proven track record in financial management, with expertise in consolidation, account mapping, and reporting
• A deep understanding of US and Colombian financial regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software, with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights
• Exceptional analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear collaboration across departments
• Fluency in English, combined with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Tech-savviness, startup flexibility, and a collaborative approach, making you a valuable team player

Responsibilities

• Perform budget analytics and control to support financial planning and monitoring
• Track and report on cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
• Consolidate and report Profit & Loss statements, providing detailed departmental insights for performance analysis
• Generate and analyze Balance Sheet reports to track financial health
• Support the monthly reporting close, quarterly financial package, and preparation of board materials
• Manage bookkeeping processes using QuickBooks (USA) and oversee accruals, including handling the accounting close process
• Perform account mapping to ensure accurate financial data representation
• Invoicing: Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR)
