Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Finance department, preferably partnering closely with business unit leadership teams
- Advanced technical knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and other financial analysis processes
- Adept at building complex forecasting models in Excel
- Experience in data analytics, with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights (good to have)
- Ability to build scalable financial processes in a high growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, and/or MBA preferred
- Excellent Excel skills. Familiarity with NetSuite and Adaptive a plus
- Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with ability to work cross-functionally and as well as independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
- Experience working with global teams is ideal
- Experience working in SaaS environment with multiple product lines and complex sales is ideal
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) strongly preferred
- Salesforce.com , NetSuite, Adaptive experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide key commentaries and analysis to support strategic decision making
- Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency and sharing of knowledge across business streams
- Lead quarterly, monthly, and annual bookings reporting, annual planning, long-range planning, and analysis for your respective business units
- Analyze monthly financial and operational results, understanding the key variance drivers and providing actionable insights to senior management
- Lead analytical projects from inception to conclusion with minimal guidance that will inform the companyβs strategic plan and drive decision making
- Supporting stakeholders and senior management with other ad-hoc financial analysis to help aid decision making
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecast activities; work independently across disciplines to understand key business drivers and update assumptions
- Prepare regular reporting packages to senior management and the Board of Directors
