The ideal candidate will have a finance degree, relevant internship experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Some internship in controlling/consulting/accounting is required
- Strong analytical and organisational skills coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, as well as PowerPoint, is required
- An effective communicator with a highly collaborative mindset, able to build strong relationships across departments
- Proactive and can-do attitude, with a commercial mindset
- Someone who can manage their own time, prioritise and meet critical deadlines
Responsibilities
- Own Finance Operations Tools: Take the lead on essential financial tools, overseeing invoicing, expense reviews, and invoice tracking to ensure seamless operations
- Support Strategic FP&A: Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, directly contributing to our financial strategy
- Manage Commission Calculations: Take full responsibility for precise commission calculations, collaborating closely with RevOps and Accounting
- Foster Internal Collaboration: Be a central point of contact, ensuring smooth processes and consistent financial data through close coordination with Accounting, FP&A, and other relevant teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial tools (e.g., Datev) is a plus
- Ideally you are based in Stuttgart (or Berlin) and a near-native German speaker
