Summary

Requirements
- Some experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, potentially from an internship or entry-level position
- Basic financial modeling skills using spreadsheets and various data sources
- Willingness to learn how to partner with stakeholders and develop the confidence to challenge ideas when needed
- Quantitative abilities to analyze financial data and identify trends with guidance
- Good communication skills, able to present insights effectively to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey financial information
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with support from your team
- Experience working in team environments and collaborating across departments
- A Bachelorβs degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer profitability and margin results to support strategic decision-making for the leadership team
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, templates, and tools to provide valuable insights on customer profitability
- Collaborate with business partners to enhance processes and implement automation tools for better efficiency
- Build profitability and predictive models using Deal Desk inputs and conduct thorough post-onboarding customer profitability evaluations
- Work closely with the COGS team to understand product margin impacts and partner with the Deal Desk to address customer needs while maintaining HubSpot's margin integrity
