Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience at Pax8 (for internal candidates only)
- At least three (3) years of event coordination or other relevant program and project management experience
- Microsoft Office experience required, with heavy emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Proactive and ambitious attitude necessary
- Immaculate attention to detail with the ability to be organized and process focused
- Proficiency in project management applications is required to effectively manage tasks and streamline workflows
- Ability to build partnerships, prioritize projects and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills required
- Candidate should possess ability to assess when to escalate issues to leadership and when to resolve independently
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
- Ability to work and maintain organization across multiple time zones
- Ability to comfortably maneuver through and adapt to complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics
- Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of the Pax8 Beyond Events
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage project timelines, manage vendor sponsor logistics, internal communication announcements, prepare presentation materials, conduct practice sessions, and provide customer service support for inquiries
- Work cross-departmentally and cross-time zones with all stakeholders involved to capture and execute on global event objectives
- Collaborate with Pax8 Marketing partners (includes but not limited to Marketing Operations, Content/Design, Program Management, Segment Marketing, Field Marketing) to build and organize all associated campaign details for Beyond Events
- Revise and uphold pre- and post-program documents/resources
- Analyze existing processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop processes aimed at optimizing project efficiency and enhancing event outcomes
- Manage creation of event content and marketing assets (e.g., email/landing page templates, presentation deck, post-event resources, etc.), aligning event strategy with business partners' goals
