Summary

The job is for an Event Manager at Binance, a leading crypto exchange, responsible for planning and executing events strategy, managing regional programs, and coordinating event activities. The role requires 5+ years of event management experience, strong communication skills, time management abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High energy, fun and creative. Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team-oriented
• 5+ years of in-person and virtual event management and planning experience
• Experience in Fintech and Digital events, understanding of the Web3 industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities may occur
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events strategy for APAC region
• Lead, drive and execute the regional on and offline event strategy
• Connect business priorities, objectives and key messages for events
• Coordinate and manage events end-to-end: pre-event promotion, on-the-day management and post-event follow up activities
• Produce event materials from branding, agenda design, content creation, and venue selection to event execution
• Set up and online event calendar with regular webinars and other online formats within our communication channels
• Identify participation of Binance at Conferences and at industry and community events
• Lead and manage the Regional Angels and community program based on global guidance and local execution
