Recruitment Coordinator

Requirements

• Training in HR, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or similar
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a selection analyst
• Good command of Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Very good organization and attention to detail
• Commitment to the team and to Jobandtalent's objectives

Responsibilities

• Manage complete selection processes from the first phase
• Publish vacancies on different portals and websites
• Conduct telephone, in-person, video, or group dynamic interviews
• Prepare reports and comments on each candidate and on the process in general
• Manage 2.0 recruitment sources
• Perform administrative functions associated with the position
