Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in government affairs, government relations, public policy, or related roles, preferably within a multinational corporation or industry association
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to anticipate emerging issues and develop proactive solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate relationships with government bodies
• Implement a framework and operating procedures to manage interactions with government authorities and agencies
• Support China leadership and functions (Legal, Compliance, Marketing etc.) with operational and local government affairs proximity and responsibilities
• Leverage government forums, key conferences and seminars to increase Payoneer visibility and intelligence
• Engage with appropriate government officials to influence and foster a favorable environment for Payoneer interests
• Track policy changes and help cross-functions translate and interpretate policies
• Understand and integrate China government affairs views and objectives with Payoneer GTM
