- Set clear performance objectives and regularly review team performance
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the Customer Success strategy and overall business goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate APC concepts at a high level and in-depth as required
- Drive continuous innovation to improve the delivery of products
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and champion opportunities for automation, optimizations, and process improvement
- Define requirements and objectives, estimating schedules, budgets, and resources
- Establish best practices for executing optimization, modeling, and process control projects
- Complete product configurations including control system tuning
- Develop process control application modules within product lines
- Complete and support the development of steady-state and hydraulic transient simulation models
- Work with the Product Development Team and participate in developing the code base
- Produce comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles
