Summary

Join Cloudflare's first Nordic mid-market sales team as their Sales Manager, based remotely in Sweden. Lead and grow a high-performing team of Account Executives, exceeding revenue goals and driving new business. Coach your team through complex deals and customer interactions, while hiring and onboarding top talent. Develop scalable sales processes, focusing on forecasting, pipeline health, and Salesforce hygiene. Collaborate cross-functionally to create region-specific programs and pipeline generation strategies. Define the ideal AE profile and territory coverage across the Nordics. Champion Cloudflare One and other strategic solutions, building relationships with key channel partners. Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership. This role offers the chance to shape go-to-market strategy and team culture from the ground up, working with world-class colleagues and helping organizations modernize their infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Based in Sweden (remote), with the ability to travel across the Nordics as needed
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages a strong plus)
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, with 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales in B2B SaaS or infrastructure (cloud, networking, security)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-velocity pipelines with enterprise-level quality and planning
  • Experience leading teams through growth, change, and new product adoption
  • Passion for building and coaching teams in fast-moving environments
  • Data-driven and operationally excellent - comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong, etc
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on the mid-market segment across the Nordics
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Coach and support your team in navigating complex technical deals and customer conversations
  • Hire and ramp top talent to support our aggressive growth goals
  • Build scalable sales processes and instill rigor around forecasting, pipeline health, and Salesforce hygiene
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop region-specific programs and pipeline-generation strategies
  • Help define the ideal AE profile and territory coverage across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland
  • Champion the adoption of Cloudflare One (our SASE and Zero Trust platform) and other strategic solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners and help unlock co-sell opportunities
  • Act as a trusted voice of the Nordics in leadership conversations—sharing market insights, customer feedback, and strategic asks
