Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners

  • Proactively address partner concerns and resolve conflicts
  • Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics (e.g., campaign ROI, lead generation, customer satisfaction)
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize partner performance
  • Ensure partners adhere to company standards and best practices
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between partners and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, project management)
  • Inform partners about company news, new offerings, and industry trends
  • Organize regular meetings and training sessions for partners
  • Identify and acquire new, promising marketing partners
  • Explore opportunities to expand the service offering through partnerships
  • Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives with partners
  • Lead and coordinate a team of copywriters and funnel builders to ensure high-quality content and effective funnel strategies
  • Create creative briefings and ensure all team members understand project goals and requirements
  • Oversee the development of compelling texts and marketing funnels tailored to customer needs and company objectives
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations to improve quality and promote best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, sales, product development) to ensure smooth operations and successful campaigns
  • Organize training and further education for the team to continuously improve their skills
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets throughout the creative process
  • Identify new tools and techniques for content and funnel creation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
