Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience Sales Management
  • BA/BS Preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
  • ISV sales/management related experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and align sales teams to achieve ambitious MID counts and processing growth across our ISV and SkyTab POS partner channels
  • Foster strong collaboration with API/Integrations, Product, and Commercial Vertical Leads to drive seamless partnership initiatives
  • Set high-reaching team quotas, establish KPIs, and monitor progress to drive peak performance
  • Facilitate productive team meetings with well-planned, strategic agendas
  • Champion proactive growth, consistently surpassing sales and revenue goals set by Commercial Leadership
  • Work closely with Marketing to identify and execute on growth opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to empower each team member’s success
  • Serve as a trusted contact for partner issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing a premium experience through regular, high-quality communication
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, delivering timely, insightful reporting to Leadership
  • Stay informed on product and service offerings, alongside tracking of industry trends, to drive relevance and impact
  • Engage with Vertical leaders to develop and implement bold growth strategies
  • Direct multiple sales teams with a unified focus on achieving growth in MID count and processing volumes
