Requirements

  • Proven experience as a People Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Approachable and able to build effective and sustainable relationships with others at all levels in the business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage the People inbox and act as initial point of contact for all people related queries, providing guidance and assistance, maintaining SLAโ€™s
  • To be responsible for the full onboarding cycle, from the offer and contract through to the new colleaguesโ€™ first day and preparing all People related documents
  • Own employee lifecycle processes: from onboarding, facilitating role changes and promotions, and employee offboarding
  • To process employee administration tasks in our HR System (Sage) including, new starters, job changes, benefit changes, promotions, and leavers etc
  • Liaising with Payroll and IT by providing them with all relevant new starter details
  • Implement, co-ordinate and continuously improve a range of effective and efficient, procedures, systems, databases, documents, and records
